KMW 1998 will be taken Tuesday. The cost is $7.00 for 8"x10" black and white. Photos will be ready by Friday Lunch.

Musical Instrument Rental available if needed for a reasonable fee ($6-$15) Reserve your instrument now, but pay upon pick up! (Circle what you need)

MATERIALS: Do not send these fees now. Pay instructor directly at first class. Fees for crafts classes range from $10-$20 per project.
LODGING: We will make your reservations at the Best Western for you
but you must call the hotel yourself to guarantee your room. (1-800-225-3977 or 502- 348-3977). Send no money; pay for the hotel upon your arrival! Cost at the Best Western is $57 +tax, single or double. Rooms must be booked prior to July 10th.
