A native of Bucks county, Pennsylvania, Susan has a degree in political science from Drew University. After working her way through Europe for several years, Susan worked as a copywriter for a Philadelphia advertising agency.

A former Army Public Affairs officer, Susan's assignments included the 101st Airborne Division, Military District of Washington, Army Recruiting Command, (Advertising and Sales Promotion) and V Corps, Frankfurt, Germany. Susan was the deputy public affairs officer for Joint Task Force Bravo in Zakho, Iraq, was the first officer to fly into the former Soviet republics as part of the humanitarian airlift Provide Hope and wrote the public affairs plan for the first U.S. mission into Bosnia.

Susan and her husband, John, a native of San Antonio, have lived here for four years. Susan is President of 5,000-member Alamo PC Organization, the second largest computer user group in the United States.

Susan is also on the first Board of Directors for the Internet Odyssey and is an active member of Salsa Net. She is a member of the San Antonio Conservation Society and chairs a booth in Clown Alley at NIOSA.

Bill's computer background goes back to his first computer his father helped him to build when he was 10 years old. Bill spent 3 years working locally while attending the San Antonio TEXAS A&M extension. After graduation he went to work with the American Medical Systems Division of Toshiba where he spent 8 years working his way up to the Western Region Installations Coordinator for the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Systems division.

Bills first exposure to the Internet was early on with Toshiba when using the Internet to send email from UC Berkley to the MIT and University of Michigan research departments.

Bill has lived in San Antonio off and on since 1979 with his wife Lisa (a native San Antonian) and their 2 children Christopher (8) and Kelsey (6). Bill has been invited to speak to many organizations concerning the Internet, including: The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, The North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, UTSA, UT, The San Antonio Young Lawyers Association and others.
